About Us

SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER WHEN BUILDING A NEW HOME
1.  What size unit should we have.   The rule of thumb is 400 square feet per ton, a 1200 square foot house should have at least a 3 ton unit.  There are many variables that apply ie; size and location of windows, ceiling hights, number of plants all have a bearing on the size of the unit or units required.

2.  Do I need a High Effency unit.  The higher the effecincy  or SEER rating the less it will cost to run.  If you are replacing an existing unit a basic 13 SEER system will save about 25% over your 15 year old existing system.  We can show you all the options so that you can make an informed descision.
